I have been China for 2 years.
When I came to Tianjin at first, my Chinese was terrible. I didn't understand answers when I asked something on the streets. I wondered whether I could make improvement in my Chinese.
These 2 years passed very quickly, but I made every effort to improve my Chinese. The biggest attempt of all was starting to take individual lessons in order to intensify skill in conversation. Results are hardly visible, but I feel them appearing certainly these days. Although there is still a long way to go, I hope my continuous efforts will lead me to the level of which has a good command on Chinese.




I have also taken the opportunities of learning culture, history of China and so on. Especially, traveling to see local cities and small villages as they were greatly impressed me. The more I know about China, the more interested I become.
Moreover, looking at Japan from the outside of it let me notice many peculiar points of Japan. For me, Japan is no longer "the best country" as which I had thought of it for a long time before I came to China.
